Install NicTool Server and Client on your DNS server. The server is preferably running a recent release of FreeBSD and has little else running on it. Installation requires MySQL, Apache, and assorted perl modules and support programs. We prefer to install everything ourselves.
Included is configuring your DNS servers and setting up the export processes which export the NicTool managed DNS data to your authoritative DNS servers. When we are finished, you point your web browser at the DNS server, log in, and have full control over your DNS via an easy to use web interface.
