or Upgrades - $100hr

Typical upgrade or install takes two hours ($200)

 

This takes a pristine FreeBSD server and transforms it into a full featured mail server including SMTP, POP3, IMAP, Webmail, Account Management, Virus & Spam filtering, extensive log processing, pretty graphs, and more!

All installations include a 30 day warranty. If something that should work doesn't (and you didn't cause it), we'll fix it at no charge.

Upgrade pricing assumes a speedy internet connection, the OS is no more than 2 major revisions old, and . For example, FreeBSD 4.9 is currently released, typical upgrade pricing assumes at least 4.7. OS upgrades are separate (if required).

 

 

FreeBSD Upgrades
$200

Upgrade FreeBSD 4.4+ to latest FreeBSD stable release. If your OS is more than two releases behind, this may be required. OS upgrades can be done in place with only a couple minutes of down time.

 

 

Systems Administration
$100/hr

system administrator n. a system administrator is one who, as a primary job function, manages computer and network systems on behalf of another, such as an employer or client

This can include installing software, adapting software to existing systems, system backups, and data recovery. A sysadmin may also troubleshoot computer networks.

 

 

Systems Engineering
$125/hr

systems engineer n. a systems engineer is one who designs and builds computer and network systems. A systems engineer identifies business needs and designs computing systems to meet them.

If you have a system, you need an administrator. If you need a system designed and built, you need an Engineer.

Successful engineers have a broad knowledge of computing technologies, and communicate well with business managers.

 

Software Engineering
$100/hr

software engineer n. a software engineer is one who designs and writes software. The software engineer identifes business needs and develops appropriate computer software to meet those needs.

Software engineer is a commonly often diluted term used to describe many computer programmers. Software Engineering requires an deeper knowledge of how their software impacts entire computing systems.
