Calendar events attachment odd behavior

Greet,

Strange issue has popped up. Client is using a older toaster 4.05 BSD 4.9. Things have been working fine for a while.
Recently they have been upgrading to office 2003 and when they try to send calendar events the attachment comes though as plain text and not as an attachment. Here is a same mail test.
