is qmail-tap available via toaster?

I did not notice an option for qmail-tap in the .conf files, is qmail-tap an option yet? or is it applied by hand? if so what is the easiest way to patch against the netqmail sources since the diff is made from the og qmail sources.

(running Toaster 5.04 on FreeBSD 6.1-stable)
