new (5.01) toaster interface

The new interface is a good alternative theme option, but where did my logo go?   And I don't remember now whether the previoius interface exited cleanly back to the toaster from all the local logouts within the various products (sqwebmail, squirrelmail, qmailadmin, etc), but this new one does not.
