double emails processed due to 2 lines in .qmail files

I have a problem when users use the qmailadmin and set vacations another line is added to the .qmail file when they remove their vacation

i.e.


|preline /usr/local/bin/maildrop /etc/mailfilter
/home/vpopmail/domains/domain.com/jdoe/Maildir/

The first line is their to do maildrop stuff on spam files the second one gets added. Anyone know a way to have it not add back in the default second line?
