Can Qmail play nice with my Business Class Time Warner

I have a business class road runner connection from Time Warner. I have 5 static IPS from them and one of those IPs is assigned to our freeBSD server running the qmail toaster.

Qmail can send email only to our local domain, yet it can recieve from any domain.

Any ideas? Maybe i also need to add Time Warners SMTP to a config file somewhere?

They very well might be blocking outbound SMTP. Try setting up a wildcard smtproute.
