Toaster-Setup Test failures

well ran through the whole guided setup but I'm getting failures across the board.  I've corrected two things - Apache was not starting and that was DNS related added our new sub-domain to the DNS server and Apache started.  Second was an error regarding ~/.my.cnf missing - I copied from /etc to ~/ and that also started working.  so my errors are:

imapd-ssl FAILED
pop3d-ssl FAILED
clamd FAILED [might not have installed it]
freshclam  "
sqwebmaild FAILED
pop3s FAILED
imaps FAILED

rrdutil - FAILED
all the password attempts FAIL.

please advise.
