Export to djbdns docs?

Ok, I'm almost there -- NicTool, dnscache, and tinydns are all installed and working, and now I'm ready to get my NicTool data exported to data.cdb for tinydns to use.

My setup is:

Box A (ns1) - NicToolServer/NicToolClient, tinydns, dnscache
Box B (ns2) - tinydns, dnscache

It looks like the docs are incomplete with regards to the export script, so any step-by-step pointers from others that have gotten it working would be great.
