svc problem with pop3d

I was getting this error when svc tried to start qmail pop3d:

svc: warning: unable to control /var/qmail/supervise/pop3/log: file does not exist

I am not using qmails pop server i am using courier which is defined in the toaster-watcher config. What I was wondering is this correct:

#qmail_service_pop3             = qmail_service/pop3

or this:

qmail_service_pop3             = #qmail_service/pop3

or this:

qmail_service_pop3             = 0 #qmail_service/pop3
