Is there a way to specify --enable-logging=p for vpopmail?

Is there a way to specify --enable-logging=p in the toaster for vpopmail?  I think the toaster default to --enable-logging=y or --enable-logging=e. I played around with toaster-watcher.conf but I can't get --enable-logging=p to show up.  I guess I can do a manual install... but... was thinking to let toaster do all the work.
