Bug: Recover a modified record to prev. state doesnt work / 2.12

Hi Matt,

another bug in record-recovery, this time recover a modifies record to the previous state.

You get only an empty mask instead of presenting the old data of the records.

I'm not sure I understand, and I think this is already fixed.

I just tested in 2.13, and I modified a record, deleted the record, and then recovered the record. The record was recovered in it's modified state, which I expected.

Please document the sequence of events and how the result varies from expectations.
