The instructions in this guide appear to be fairly complete. However, I need some assistance is setting up and configuring the applications on the server. I read a post from someone that says they have successfully performed this operation on a shared server. Dreamhost is my provider. Anyone who has set this up on Dreamhost, or a similar host, willing to provide some specifics as to what needs to be done prior to the steps outlined in this guide would be greatly appreciated.
