I have a weird question I've seen in the header and was wondering what I configured wrong cause my old server is fine. The HELO command is showing like this from the new server:

from unknown (HELO ?127.0.0.1?)

My old server says:

from unknown (HELO my.domain.com)

What would cause it to show ?127.0.0.1? instead of the hostname?
