Excuse me if this is a repost:

I am getting an error that i cant figure out,

mail# /usr/local/sbin/toaster-watcher.pl
build_smtpd_run: FATAL: /usr/local/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb selected but not readable!

       svscan is not running, FAILED!
       qmail-send is not running, FAILED!
       clamd is not running, FAILED!
       freshclam is not running, FAILED!
       sqwebmaild is not running, FAILED!
       sendlog is not running, FAILED!
       smtplog is not running, FAILED!


any thoughts
