I was getting errors from the clearopensmtp command that it could not clear:
:1:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",RBLSMTPD=""

edit /etc/hosts and comment out:
#::1 localhost localhost.localdomain.com

This will allow clearopensmtp to work normally.

Question, does vpopmail support ipv6?
