Qmail-Scanner

QSCANQ:

Qscanq is a small robust C program that works similarly to simscan. However, it's designed to be a virus scanner, blocking any virus laden messages and then passing along the message to qmail-queue. That's not all bad and some folks will prefer this to simscan, but I can't imagine why.

I found it difficult to get installed and configured to do what I wanted. Others echoed my findings so only attempt qscanq if you're in the mood for a challenge and have time to spare.
