Terms of Agreement


Prepayment
Payment is required in advance for all services rendered. Requests for support that lack a minimum 1 hour payment are seldom answered propmptly. If you do not know how much time it will take, prepay 1 hour and be prepared to pay any remainder upon completion of service.

Response Time
Services are nearly always performed within 48 hours of receipt of valid authentication information. If you require a faster response time, be sure to purchase Emergency SA. Upon payment completion, you will receive instructions for contacting us via mobile phone. If we fail to respond within the hour, the additional fees for rapid response will be waived.
